I´ve been waiting to visit oaxaca ever since my daughter Sarah returned from amigos trip in 98. It was everything I imagined and more. Staying at your wonderful establishment with my two daughters, Sarah and Tori, was a highlight of the trip. Erika´s hospitality, Agustin´s cooking + Tito´s knowledge of the culture and all the people contributed to an incredible 6 days.

I could not recommend a better place for people are warm and inviting, the staff gracious and helpful. Everyone, the people to take a warming in our stay. Keeping wonderful. We had an excellent vacation.

We want to express our gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional warm and hospitality from your staff during our 9 nights stay at Casa Cid hotel is lovely and the food is delicious but after all I said and done, are the people that most the differences the especially enjoyed the very professional services of Erika, she anticipated our every need, answered all questions and assured us a pleasant and memorable stay, your must be very proud of your staff and of Erika. We hope to be back next year to enjoy Oaxaca.

When we first arrived at Casa cid de Leon I was just so happy that it was everything that you see on the web site. I wondered around our room in awe of the details, those that were part of the architecture of the house such as the gorgeous wood carvings around the windows or the beautiful colonial architecture of the ceiling and columns. Then there were the incredible paintings, statues, pieces of art, it is the house that you dream of creating but never find the time, talent or even money to assemble. That same day we wondered onto the roof, another special retreat to encounter Oaxaca from, when a most friendly “Buenas tardes” came from across the roof. It was then that the true magic of Casa Cid de Leon embraced. The very same man with the gracious hello became a unique part of our time in Oaxaca, while we do not speak much Spanish, and he knows only a little English we communicate perfectly from our sheer desire to share the things we love in life The man who made our trip so incredible is Don Augustine and his greatest gift to us was sharing his greatest gift to us was sharing his greatest love, Leticia in one day we learned the magic that exists within the walls of Casa Cid de Leon and within the people who create the atmosphere there is all a refection of the insurmountable joy of life they have. Thank you for being you……… Casa cid de Leon.
