BenchCoRE is a unique technology-based service for the corporate real estate profession. A 乐竞体育官方入口 Global initiative, BenchCoRE tracks corporate real estate data such as utilization and lease rates, as well as other metrics that allow corporate real estate professionals to chart their successes compared to peer groups.

BenchCoRE, launched in the fall of 2013, currently has close to forty (40) companies that have agreed to participate. These companies provide their real estate portfolio data to BenchCoRE. The data is then normalized using BenchCoRE鈥檚 proprietary definitions and algorithms. This process ensures that data from all companies is standardized and provides actionable peer-to-peer comparisons 鈥� whether by industry, ownership status, geography, asset type and more.
