Green Standards and Pepper Construction Win �־������ٷ���� Global’s 2020 H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award   

ATLANTA (28 October, 2020) �� Green Standards, a Toronto-based recycler and redistributor of office furniture and equipment, and Pepper Construction, a Chicago-based environmentally friendly construction company, have each won the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award, presented this week by �־������ٷ���� Global during the association’s 2020 Virtual Summit.   

�־������ٷ���� Global is the global association for corporate real estate.  

The association presents the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award, sponsored by Gensler, each year to leading organizations that demonstrate best-in-class practices in advancing thought leadership in corporate real estate.

Pepper Construction’s Net-Zero Jobsite Construction Trailer leverages technology to make the project management process paperless while providing a healthy, high-performing environment for its occupants that runs on renewable energy resources. Essentially a tiny building, the trailer works holistically as one system to produce as much energy as it uses.

Green Standards has developed an industry-leading, managed program of office furniture donation, resale, and recycling that to date has diverted more than 70,000 tons of workplace furniture and equipment from landfill (a 98.6% diversion rate) and generated over $30 million of in-kind donations to more than 5,000 non-profits and communities across North America.

Earlier this year, �־������ٷ���� Global announced the full lists of finalists and winners in individual categories. All of the finalists competed for the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award:
