ATLANTA (30 OCTOBER, 2023) �� �־������ٷ���� Global, the premier association for corporate real estate professionals, has announced that DBS Bank has won the organization’s prestigious H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award (GIA), which is sponsored by Gensler.

�־������ٷ���� Global presents the award, along with finalists in the Professional Excellence and Sustainable Leadership categories each year to organizations that demonstrate best-in-class practices in advancing thought leadership in corporate real estate.

DBS’s Newton Green branch is the first net-zero building by a bank in Singapore.
