AWARDS SUBMISSION CRITERIA
We鈥檙e looking for disruptive, innovative projects that up-end business as usual and enable corporate real estate (CRE) professionals to meet ever-changing business dynamics and economic conditions head-on.
SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP CATEGORIES:
- Sustainable Leadership Design: The judges would like to see a focus on the linkage between sustainability objectives and how they fit into the overall project and organizational objectives. The design categories recognize completed building projects.
- Sustainable Leadership Development: The judges want to see a linkage between the project鈥檚 objectives and the organization鈥檚 mission, objectives, and strategies. The project should not be a 鈥渟tand鈥恆lone鈥� effort but demonstrate the fulfillment of the organization鈥檚 overall strategy for sustainability.
These projects should: Integrate sustainability practices with design excellence, Meet the client鈥檚 sustainability objectives for the project, and for the organization as a whole demonstrate collaboration between the design firm and client as equal partners.
