Atlanta, GA (May 26, 2016) 鈥� Facility managers and corporate real estate professionals project significant increases in outsourcing, according to a survey released today by 乐竞体育官方入口 Global and ISS. Nearly 76 percent of survey respondents reported that they would see 鈥渕ore鈥� or 鈥渟ignificantly more鈥� outsourcing by 2025.
The survey was conducted among 281 facility managers and corporate real estate professionals globally. More than half the companies represented had 10,000 or more employees.
In another key finding, the use of outcome-focused sourcing models will rise sharply by 2025. Some 24 percent of companies employing that approach anticipate using it 鈥渟ignificantly more.鈥�
鈥淥utsourcing of corporate real estate and facilities services continues to grow,鈥� said Tim Venable, Senior Vice President, 乐竞体育官方入口 Global. 鈥淐ompanies see it as a way to lower costs, access innovation and best practices and allow the internal team to focus on strategy and internal customer relationship management.鈥�
The survey was also presented as part of an ISS white paper on outsourcing.
